You should just eat healthy that’s what you can do consume good amount of water as that is a must to go ahead with because what is very very important for your health and have a good amount of liquid proteins in good quantity and if you had a normal delivery then after three months you can go ahead with basic exercise and also to maintain your health but no dietingWrite Your Answer Here
