Also increase one healthy meal more as compared to before because requirements of the breastfeeding mother's are high.
Coming back to pre pregnancy weight will take some time and consistent efforts, so be patient.
Eat mindfully, avoid intake of high fat, sugar and salt containing processed packaged food. You should avoid excess ghee and oil intake.
Have lean protein sources and good intake of seasonal fruits and vegetables, small frequent meals. have healthy fats from nuts, flaxseeds.
Do not skip breakfast.
Have good water intake.
Begin to exercise after consulting doctor.
Exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months and continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps.
