Eat a healthy, well-rounded diet, choose meals that are rich in lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, and veggies. At the same time, avoid foods that are full of sugars, processed carbs, and saturated fats. Drink plenty of water. Add in yoga after 6-8 weeks to strengthen and tone your core. Walking is one of the best exercises that you can do.

Hi.your baby is just 8 months old I think.if you are feeding him/her u should eat healthy and be strong enough. if u stopped feeding or feeding formula milk u can start diet and physical exercises. But again if u gave delivery via c section u should observe if you can do exercises or not.If uou are ok with dieting I can give u a good diet plan that works effectively. I myself lost 11kgs after delivery in 6 months and belly fat also.If you find this useful visit my instagram page @myprettyvlogs and follow. please send me dm in instagram for your personalized diet plan.dont worry I won't charge anything.
