A. Hello mom Now you can start doing yoga egularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning. Rather than this cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan. And you should also add plank in your exercise routine to loose tummy fat. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
