A. Hello good evening !! Include protein, calcium rich foods in diet. Fruit and vegetables, Leafy vegetables, dry fruits and nuts,dals, legumes, soya, egg, meat,fish. Most importantly engage in physical activities playing outdoor games, skipping, cycling,yoga asanas, exposing tk sunlight helps in growth both physical and mentally. Protein, calcium rich diet helps in increasing weight.
