A. Hello mom healthy balanced diet is good and good physical movements of the baby , avoid ready to eat mixes and always prefer giving freshly made home cooked foods only . Seasonal fruits and vegetables, dals and lentils such as rajma , channa, egg yolk , panner, ghee etc cereals and millets as well, dry fruits
