How to increase my breast milk.. ItMy baby doesn't lactates, i wanna feed my baby. He is 2 month old.. Plz suggest me..

Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. He doesn't lactate my breast whenever i try to feed him, he get irritated n started crying.. Its not possible to feed him.. What can i do??

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk
More sucking leads to more milk
Stay hydrated
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Maintain hygiene
