Q.
I have 2 and half month baby girl. I cant feed her. can anyone help me how to increase breast milk? I tried everything which was possible for me.

mam ,as milk secretion mostly work on demand and supply,I advise to offer more and more breastfeeds.
make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
Massage your breasts with coconut oil which help to stimulate your milk glands and increase your breastmilk supply
