how to increase breast milk for my four months baby and how to know that baby is having enough milk

A. To increase breastmilk supply, include foods in your diet like oatmeal, fenugreek, garlic, ginger, cumin, carom seeds, avocado, milk, dry fruits, brown rice, cereals, legumes, fennel seeds, eggs, chicken, etc. While nursing, keep massaging the breastmilk to stimulate milk secretion. Latch the baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand. You should ideally latch the baby for atleast 10 to 15 minutes from each side to feed fully. Once he/she is full, they will unlatch.
