My breast milk is not enough for baby what can I do to increase it???

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. you can take lactare capsules for increasing breast milk please take two capsules three times a day along with good amount of milk fruit juices are even fresh fruits adequate water

take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi Dalia sabudana drumstick
more you nurse milk will increase
