My baby is still one month old and my breast milk supply is not enough for my baby any powder to increase breast milk

Fenugreek capsules Can we consume by the mother to tablet size a day as and six tablets for day you can take to begin with if it helps in increasing the lactation then you can continue with it for 3 to 6 months otherwise if it is of no use and you can consult your doctor for a better supplement
