Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy1 day agoA. add more protein rich foods in your diet, take more daal , seasonal fruits and vegetables , milk and milk products, dry fruits etc. if the flow is very low then do consult with your doctor regarding this once as she will prescribe medications to increase the flow
