A. you meal breast milk. Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers.Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often.

A. have lactation tablets have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby. Have your baby feed from both breasts at each feeding. Let your baby feed from the first breast until they slow down or stop feeding before offering the second breast.  Breastfeeding your new baby 8 to 12 times a day can help establish and maintain milk production.
