How to have normal delivery?

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor

A. Oh well you can go ahead with with basic prenatal yoga you can ask your doctor which best exercises can you be doing and apart from that about thousand steps to 2000 steps if you can manage only you should go ahead with that that’s also very helpful and squatting position is definitely beneficial
