how to discrease weight loss

A. Hello good afternoon !! Did you mean decreasing weight/weight loss !! Initially check BMI (Body mass index ) of person weight according to height.. The ideal BMI range should be 20-25. Give protein ,fibre rich foods - avoid fat,sugar processed,oily,junk foods which leads to put on weight easily. Include more fruits and vegetables,cereals,millets,fluids ,low carbohydrates & low calorie in additional to do cycling/walking ,simple exercise yoga under experts guidance for weight reduction.
