Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should bre gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids agnd give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

You can start working out now since you had a normal delivery but diet would not be recommended as of now that you can do want to quit breastfeeding the child so right now you can go ahead with any kind of exercise in that you want to do whatever you want to start with to lose on your weightWrite Your Answer Here
