Q.

How much dairy products is good for 3-4 yrs old ( including milk /curd / paneer/ icecream)? can u plz specify the quantity per day ..

A. Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day , including 250 ml of milk, half to one medium size katori curd, 2 to 3 tsf of gher ot butter every day.. approximately

A. hi dear Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight. Please take a pediatricians' suggestion before you start any of these foods. As always follow a 3 day test rule.
