#asktheexperts can i introduce cow milk to my baby she is 11 months now and she is tolerating dairy products like curd paneer etc

Give three major meal and one snack a day
Continue with breast feeding or formula milk or cow milk feeding in between and on demand

please give her the Desi cow a2 milk and never give her a1 milk (euro cows milk)
Desi cow milk is very much easy to digest and beneficial
