#AskTheExpert Is there any restriction on the amount of dairy products (milk, curd, paneer..) intake for my 3.6yr old kid. ex: we shouldn't be consuming more than 400ml of milk/dairy products like that

A. hi, it depends on your child hinger, metabolism. milk intake is good. Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day . . . . .

A. hello for kids you should not be giving milk including other dairy products more than 500 ml or 600 ml as too much of milk can cause mal nutrition so it is better to limit the amount of milk to not more than 500 ml on a day as it can effect baby growth

A. Hi parent please don't force feed your child if you're child digest it properly you can give it to your child please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
