Q.

My daughter avoids eating dairy products such as Milk, curd. Kindly specify any alternate we can feed to her.

A. give it in alterations.. porridges with milk for kids who do not like milk or make a soup like the broccoli cheese soup/mash..While offering their favorite fruits to kids, make smoothies in yogurt.

A. hi dear Babies can have dairy as solid foods before age one, but the type and preparation matters. Dairy products such as full fat yogurt, low-sodium cheeses, butter, and ghee, are fine to offer to your baby after 6 months of age in age-appropriate amounts after having successfully introduced iron-rich foods.
