My daughter is 1yr 2months old.I want to start her cow milk.How much ml should be given per day.Can I give some dairy products like curd rice and paneer to her if so..in what quantity?...

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, yes you ca give cow milk around 16 oz per day after 1 year of age..
also you can give other dairy food too to ur ba y.. start with small quantity n increase Gradually as per her liking
