Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! That is pretty much a good weight loss. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
