how long does it takes to lose weight after giving birth ?

A. after delivery you should take total bed rest for about 3 to 4 months and then start with exercising you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days and then slowly move on for heavy workouts after 7 months The camel pose is the best yoga after delivery to reduce the weight around the tummy, along with strengthening all the major muscles of the body

A. hello it would take few months and make sure to have a healthy diet .. Also doing walking and exercise will help reduce your weight and keep you healthy and fit and you can also do yoga or zumba which are effective fitness form to reduce the weight
