Hi Mom Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Stay hydrated Burp well after every feeding Take a good care of your baby
