Q.

how can we find out if our lactation is enough for the baby and he is not being hungry??

A. after feeding your baby , she seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. or, 8If the baby is fussy after feeds, then his/hunger little tummy is still not full.

A. U I just find it out in a way where you see that your child is gaining a minimum of 300 g to 500 g every month if your child is gaining minimum that much amount of weight every month that means whatever breast feeding you are giving to the child is sufficient and is good enough for the child for a healthy weight gain
