Q.

How can kids be kept busy & active during these corona days? What type of healthy food should be given to the kids as they are always inside at home and unable to move or play outside?

A. Hello mom you have to make a routine for them and be it sleep time , food time , playtime , work time , etc . Food prefer to make at home fresh rather than using packaged foods , have natural foods such as seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts , lentils and legumes etc Keep them away from To much of screen time as well , instead get age appropriate toys , puzzles etc some physical activity such as jumping , dance , yoga etc
