Hi, I am a mother of a one year old child, these are the healthy foods that can be given at this age

A. Namaste Mom, As now all family foods can be given to the child , you can opt for giving eggs , dry fruits , nuts & seeds, also you can give panner, soya, tofu, dals, legumes such as lobia, chana, rajma etc, millets such as ragi, bajra , jowar, seasonal fruits and vegetables

A. hello you can try to give homemade food in the diet including fruits vegetable green leafy vegetable dry fruits and dairy product which are all the and nutritious and good for the growth of the child along with other cereal and pulses
