U Can to bank related exercises if you have completed a certain time of your pregnancy delivery and you can ask your doctor as to which one do you want to go ahead with also yoga is very helpful for that you can take a back pain medicine like a painkiller and sometimes you can keep a hot water bottle or a heat pad as well
