A. dear mom try doing 11 sets of suryanamskar daily have a proper meal include, good protiens avoid high calorie foods, fried foods, bakery foods, fried foods walk for 15 to 20 mins twice a day

A. Hello ma’am Take a diet from a dietician and also start working out whatever suits you the best so that in combination to both the things you can lose on your weight in a proportionate manner. Always remember both the things when done together always give you better results
