How can I reduce my weight? My weight is 78 kgs now

A. Hello mom You have to get involved some physical exercise for about 30 to 45 minutes daily Such as brisk walking , yoga or dance workout etc apart from that avoid sugary, processed and refined foods completely avoid heavy meals especially before bedtime and late in evening
