#asktheexpert my daughter is 2.3 years and her weight is 8.5 kgs , and height is 78 cm. please suggest her meal chart to increase her weight.

A. Hello mom they can now be given all family foods you can give 3 main meals and 2 time snacks as well , foods from various groups can be given
