A. hello dear mom,maintain good lifestyle by including good diet with all vital nutrients and regular exercise of about atleast 1hr take plenty of fluids, add seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables cut down sweets and fried foods

A. To reduce weight, include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning everyday.
