start with regular physical activity after completing 4months
add healthy and balanced diet with all vital nutrients like protein and balanced carbs and fats with micro nutrients in proper amount small frequent meals to be taken

Hello ma’am If you had a normal delivery then you can do light exercises but if you had a C-section then you’ll have to wait for minimum 6 to 8 months till the time your stitches do not heal completely as after that only you can go for any kind of proper exercise and also you can go for a diet consulting a dietician so that you lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
