Avoid oily, processed, sugary and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small groups and adequate fluid intake.
You should begin to exercise after 6 to 8 weeks of resting period and after having consulted your doctor.
