Latch the baby well to your breast while feeding, make a good skin to skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding to stimulate breastmilk supply. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Consult a lactation expert for advice.
