SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, latch your baby first which also helps in improving breast milk. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take lactose granules. You need to add a tablespoon with a glass of lukewarm milk and take it. Please consult your gynaecologist before taking it. Take food in smaller quantity and in smaller intervals. Take five feeds in a day. Do not keep yourself hunger have a glass of water before feeding your baby and have a glass of water after feeding your baby. Be relaxed. Slowly walk around the house whenever you feel good.
