Vinita Kotian BarotMom of a 3 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. hi....try halim seeds( garden cress seeds), you can have it will milk , water, nimbu pani. soak it for some time, add to milk or water and consume it. I tried it, it worked for me

Tey Try having good amount of lactation supplement suggested apart from that you should go ahead with consuming at least 4 L -5 L of liquid every day and along with that also I would advise you to go ahead with having a rich protein and fibre-based diet
