thereafter you can do abdominal core muscle exercises if you have completed at least six months after your delivery and other ffororm of exercises like aerobics and yoga can also be tried.

U First I have to clearly mention when did you have your delivery how many months have passed after your delivery what was the mode of your delivery till the time I am not aware about all these things I cannot help you and these weight loss juices are just useless to have
