hloo doc...i got delivere with c sec its been 1yr postpartum with c sec.. ..can i do dance now or shuld i consult my doc again plzzz let me knoww..as my baby gets encourgd when i join her plzzlet me know

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you need to consult your doctor and doctor will guide you regarding this thing in a proper manner and later on you can follow the advice given by the doctor so better to consudclt for a proper guidance

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my opinion and personal experience yes of two babies you can start dancing and other exercises after the six months of pregnancy after the doctor evaluation. Take care
