hloo dear doccc..im now 9th mnth postpartum with c sec..can istart doing exercise to loose weigh..or shuld i consult my gynic persnlly abt stitches heald or not...plzz suggest me docc..my weigh noe 68 with 5.3 hyt..

A. Hi mom. Yes after six months of delivery u can start with the exercise. There is no problem in that. If there is no pain then that means ur stitches have been healed. U can start with yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body
