Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if you had a cesarean section 41 before so now you can start with some casual exercises and then you can also do some diet modifications for which consult your doctor

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Walk more Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Don't use packaged and processed food , maida items , excess suagr and salt eat couple of bites less than what you really want to
