yes mam ,you can do some exercises but only if your gynecologist permit for this
otherwise it should be avoided
go for daily walk.
take green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits, sprouts etc more
don't worry about weight much ,it increase as the months passes
for now , please focus on healthy pregnancy
after 6 months of delivery ,you can start doing such exercises and yoga regularly which help you to reduce your weight.
