hlo mam I'm second tym pregnant first delivery ke bd body pe fat bht a gya tha plz mam help me ki jis je is baar jyada fat na aye koi exercise ja diet chart thigh pe or face me jyada fat hai plz mam muje kya krna chaye abhi Mera 4 month complete Hua hai fat jyada hai body me

A. can do exercises after delivery k b Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hi yes mam ,you can do some exercises but only if your gynecologist permit for this otherwise it should be avoided go for daily walk. take green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits, sprouts etc more don't worry about weight much ,it increase as the months passes for now , please focus on healthy pregnancy after 6 months of delivery ,you can start doing such exercises and yoga regularly which help you to reduce your weight.
