Hlo, I just want to know that, my nephrectomy has been done in Nov last year, n now i have single kidney n cant take lots of protein but now I am pregnant....so how should I take protein rich food as it is compulsory to take high protein in pregnancy....plz suggest me

You should actually consult a nutritionist for that looking at the situation that you are in they’ll help you with the right kind of diet plan and the adequate amount of protein that is going to be healthy for you and that you can consume with your single kidney and during the time of pregnancy so it’s better to consult some expert who can guide you correctly on this in person
