Hello my 4 year 7 month old daughter has lots of hair fall,why this done n how to stop hair fall

A. Hair loss in babies is very common and because of many reasons. Because of the withdrawal maternal hormone initial hairfall is there. After birth all the hair of the baby remain in the resting phase and usually by 8 to 12 weeks of age shedding of hairs is there . Hairs will grow back mostly by 3-7 months but a proper quality hair will be there by around 2 to 3 years of age. Cradle cap is also a cause for frequent shedding of hairs. along with traction alopecia because of continuous pressure on head in lying position

A. Its Actually unusual for a child to have such hair fall at this age it’s not healthy so what you can do is you can consult a skin doctor it could be a deficiency of iron or maybe some infection or allergy in the scalp which is leading to this kind of hair
