Lots of hair fall,I had pcod problem too before delivery.Im taking vb7 hair tablet from past 4 days.Is it helps to stop hair fall and regrowth my hair??

don't use demineralized Water for drinking
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning after 10
don't wash your hair too frequently
