hlo dr my baby is 10months old.From past few days there is dandruff in her hairs. I use Mothercare shampoo nd also oil her days 2 times in a day with coconut oil. But dandruff jyda hota ja rha h.. what to do.

A. without oil.. hairs will dry n itching start

A. spoo Shampoo is the right shampoo to be used for dandruff issues also would like to tell you when a child has dandruff you should never ever use oil because oil increases the amount of dandruff into the scalp so no oil only this
