hiiii I had given birth by c section almost I has completed 5 month now I'm feel heavy pain in upper abdomen may I know what's the reason behind it

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly fftor this .

Normally There should be no pain as such but if you are feeling any kind of pain after five months that will then it’s important to get a check with your gynaecologist once the doctor will have to check it personally before anything is correctly advice to you
