at home,
take healthy and well blanaced diet.
take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts dairy products etc more.
don't sit or stand for long period.
don't lift heavy objects.
take a support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping .
try heating pad to get relief in pain.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
