If you’re not breastfeeding your child anymore then you can go ahead with trying a proper diet after consulting a dietician which would be healthy and otherwise you can just try doing intermittent fasting by eating healthy and try to fast at least for 12 to 16 hours that’s definitely going to give you a good inch loss and workout as per your
