Hi this question is for the gynaecologist on this group, can we use carrot seed oil during pregnancy. I have recently changed my skincare regime and one of my skin oil has carrot seed in it. Please suggest

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello there ma'am thos oil should never be used during pregnancy as it may cause uterine contractions and, in rare cases, miscarriage. The use of carrot seed for contraception and abortion has long been recorded in historical medical literature.
Still. you can consult with gynecologist once in person.
